All employees habitually using computers and DSE/VDU (Display Screen Equipment/Visual Display Unit)

Maximum of 6 participants


Course Duration:

1/2 day plus self-assessment at employees individual workstation 


Course Programme:

After completion of the course, you will be able to:

  • Understand the requirements of the General Application Regulations 2007
  • Understand the factors that constitute an assessment
  • Understand ergonomic factors and DSE/VDU workstation layout
  • Appreciate the postural implications of DSE/VDU workstations
  • Carry out a DSE/VDU assessment of their workstation
  • Adjust equipment to suit their own ergonomic requirements

  • Practical Control Measures
